PRICING

Vintage Aisle strives to provide a budget-friendly option but with the quality you would want for you wedding day. Prices will range depending on the quality of the garment, how much work was needed to make it a wearable item, fibre content, detailing, etc.

Pricing WILL include postage but for Australia only.  If you are international, an additional charge will be added to the price.  Please send through a query via the contact us page.

NEED MORE DETAILS OR PHOTOS?

We cannot upload the highest quality photos of our vintage wedding gowns and accessories, but what we can do is email you the high quality photos, please don’t hesitate to ask, we are more than happy to do so. If you want some more details on any product, also get in touch, especially with regard to sizing as vintage wedding dresses often vary from today’s sizes. It is best to provide your size requirements and what dresses you are interested in and we can measure based on your fit.

SHIPPING

Pricing WILL include postage and packaging costs so you don’t have to worry about any other additional charges.

For domestic customers we generally post with Australia Post (standard post with tracking) or if faster service is required, can send via courier. For international customers we prefer to use International Registered Mail which tracks your item and requires a signature upon delivery.

​​RETURNS

At Vintage Aisle all sales are FINAL. Refunds are NOT offered on any items unless they are completely misrepresented or faulty beyond the description of the item provided at the time of the sale. Customers must contact Vintage Aisle within 7 business days of receiving your item if a fault beyond the description of the item provided at the time of the sale is present.  Purchasing the wrong size is not a reason for a refund.

​CAN I BE CONFIDENT BUYING MY DRESS ONLINE?

Yes you can! If we aren’t sure about the dress being right for you, we will let you know as we don’t want to disappoint! If you email Vintage Aisle with any extra questions about wedding dresses we will do our very best to get back to you with any detail, photographs or measurement you require – no request is too big or small so don’t hesitate. We want you to feel 100% confident about your purchase and will do as much as we can to give you that confidence.

All garments are measured flat.  Please bear in mind that the measurements of the garment should NOT be the same as your body measurements, unless it is corseted.  Garments require ease for movement so it is best to purchase garments that are bigger in measurement than your body.  It is easier for a garment to be taken in then let out.  We do not issue refunds for items that do not fit. Colours may vary from monitor-to-monitor so be aware of that as refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with item colour. Vintage garments often have small marks or flaws due to being an original and sometimes worn piece. These flaws, if present, will be disclosed to you in the listing.  We are not interested in hiding flaws but please be aware that whilst all effort will be taken to find and fix the flaws, it maybe possible that not all will be found but all attempts will be made to ensure we do.

PAYMENT

For purchases from the Vintage Aisle collection, we require full payment prior to dispatch.  Payment options are Paypal or Direct Deposit.

CAN I SELL MY VINTAGE WEDDING DRESS TO VINTAGE AISLE?

Yes you can.  We always welcome sellers to contact us about selling their vintage wedding dress.  We are always looking for unique styles in a wide range of sizes. If you are interested in selling your vintage wedding dress, please contact us via email with some images of your dress, the era, some detail regarding fabrics and embellishment if you know them and how much you are looking to get for the garment.  It is better to tell us what you are wanting for it rather than us telling you what we are prepared to pay.  This will avoid disappointment.  

PRIVATE LISTINGS

No.  We do not allow private listings.  However, if you would prefer to sell it to us, please send through some details regarding the dress and we can go from there.
